I felt overwhelmed with managing my own social media. I was thinking about all the things I should be doing and it all felt super frustrating because I just don’t have the time to set it all up. Then I thought: what if I just decided not to complicate it? So I did something different. I cleared off everything I had planned to do and used the recurring schedule to keep it simple. I planned my week of posts and then I just… let it go. And man, did it feel good! I know I’m staying active but I’m just not stressed about it. When you set up scheduled posts, you just don’t need to worry about remembering to post on social media. It’s ready to go. You can just add in your content either by writing it and saving it to your platforms scheduler , importing it from a spreadsheet or setting up an import other sources like your WordPress site or queuing software , YouTube channel or podcast feed. Then post it on your assigned days. So here’s a reminder that it doesn’t have to be complicated. When you’re feeling overwhelmed, look for where you can simplify. Give yourself permission to make it easier.
